Music-X help needed
Help!
I’m looking for anything (ie patches) for Music-X for the Amiga so that it
will run properly on a WB2.04 system. Anything like that avail?
What about any info on v1.1 of Music-X?
Thanks,
-Simon

Mark J Cox is setting up right now what will be the biggest mod site ever.
At least, as far as I know. Files are uploaded gradually as I write, it’ll
take a few more days (weeks?) before all those 100′s of Mb are loaded.
All the AB20 stuff plus much much more. He is the author of the superb ModPlay.
It’s FTP ftp.brad.ac.uk or FTP info.brad.ac.uk under misc/mods.
You can also upload under incoming/mods.
File format is DOS style, ie <filename.MOD> preferably compressed with LHARC.
Try to keep it to after hours since this is in the UK!
Hope this helps. Franky
HELLACIOUS amounts of MODs on wuarchive.
wuarchive.wustl.edu has hellacious amounts of mods in the /music directory.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Even more can be found on the incoming…
It would take months (even years) for me to download all of em.
I just can’t beleive how many!
If somebody would like a list of all of them, I suppost I could use a little
cutting and pasting techiniques and create a list of them all…
…that is if there is interest.

Question about Sonix
Help! Can someone send me the patch which can convert Sonix v2.0 to
v2.1? My version seems to be not compatible with my A3000. Anyway, where
can I find some more instrucment for it? (any ftp site)
C64-Music for Amiga
Somebody here was searching for C64-songs for Amiga. They were to be
found in wuarchive.wustl.edu w/ such names as C64-Music 1/2/3.dms.
Does somebody know in which directory they are?
u4ia MODS
I’ve been hearing about how great the u4ia mods are, and that I should get
them. I’m just wondering one thing: Where can I get them?

Software for the Tascam 238??
I just got a Tascam 238, which is an 8-track cassette tape recorder. I can’t
help noticing that it has a serial interface port on the back, complete with
baud rate switches, and there’s a cryptic little note in the owner’s manual
along the lines of "if you want information about what to do with this
thingy, drop us a line," the end. I was just idly curious whether anybody
out there had ever encountered a program — preferably for Amiga, I need
hardly add — that does whatever it is you’re supposed to do with a Tascam
238 serial port.

More samples
I have uploaded two more archives of samples to wuarchive.wustl.edu.
The file are VOX.LHA and VOX2.LHA in systems/amiga/incoming/audio (at least for
now… but my other sample uploads have been there for about two weeks now, so
I don’t think they’ll be moving anytime soon).
Basically, these are a collection of spoken samples from songs (U4ia,
anybody… grab these things and stick’em in a mod!). Only about two of them
actually have a hint of music in the background, so they should be pretty
versatile.
